Nonprofit (but highly hush-hush at this stage) venture being founded by members of the community is in search of professional CPA knowledgeable in nonprofit accounting and law, preferably in New York State, familiar with NY State laws and taxes (but willing to research NYS tax law is a big plus). Same venture is in search of people knowledgable in writing professional business plans, corporate proposals, and requisitions for federal and state grants.
