There needs to be a warning here: not everything is handled with kid gloves, some of the issues are controversial within the realm of psychology and where there is controversy, it's not hidden from the reader. Adults may wish to screen this text before allowing their children to view it. Or, better yet, explain to a child that you won't necessarily agree with everything in the book, you might not experience all of it, but it's still probably valuable and that they ought to ask you if they have any questions.
By absolutely no means am I responsible for people doing strange or stupid things because of reading my book. If my book inspires anything harmful, then the person was probably heading towards doing harm in the first place and my book was used as an excuse, not an inspiration.
As always, watch your own back, and think before you do anything.
